Lucid Dreaming CD

Using the Lucid Dreaming CD from Brain Sync is a great way to boost your lucid dreaming abilities by essentially reprogramming your brain to make it more likely to wake up during your dreams. The Lucid Dreaming CD is soothing to listen to during the day, and it’s a great way to induce lucid dreaming. I started using the Lucid Dreaming CD a couple of years ago when I was having difficulty entering a lucid dreaming state of mind during my dreams, and I still occasionally use it to keep my brain and intentions on track for lucid dreaming.

I would recommend the Lucid Dreaming CD mainly for beginning lucid dreamers or those who are more experienced but who may be having difficulty becoming lucid in their dreams for some reason. The Lucid Dreaming CD is particularly helpful if you like the idea of methods like MILD to induce lucid dreaming by setting your mind’s intentions to become lucid during your dreams.

What You Need to Know

The Lucid Dreaming CD comes with two tracks. One is great for listening to during the day, since it’s full of the sound of ocean waves along with subliminal messages. You can listen to it anywhere, and it’s very soothing. I particularly like listening to this track when I’m driving, which I normally find to be stressful and annoying. The CD is full of subliminal messages like: “When unusual things happen, I instantly ask, ‘Is this a dream?'” and “I recognize dream signs and remember that I am dreaming.”

The second track is full of the same subliminal messages, and you’ll still hear ocean waves. I wouldn’t recommend listening to this one in the car, though, because it also uses theta waves. It makes me quite relaxed and sleepy. Theta waves can help with brainwave entrainment, bringing your brain to the place it needs to be in order to have lucid dreams. This track is meant to be listened to once a day, and you should make sure you’re relaxing and using stereo headphones to listen to this track.

Does it Work?

The Lucid Dreaming CD does work for almost everyone I’ve talked to about it. It certainly works for me. Though I didn’t use it as a beginning lucid dreamer, I started using it at a time in my life when stress and other mental blocks were keeping me from having any lucid dreams. The Lucid Dreaming CD helped me relax, for one thing, which is absolutely essential to being able to have lucid dreams, in my view. It also helped me re-train my brain to wake up during dreams by using mnemonics that were incredibly empowering, even if spoken on a subliminal level.

I would highly recommend the Lucid Dreaming CD if you’ve never had a lucid dream before, either. Many people I’ve spoken with started using the Lucid Dreaming CD just as a way to relax, but ended up having lucid dreams as well. Since it can take some people months of difficult work to learn to have lucid dreams, it’s a pretty big deal that this simple CD can make it so much easier.

So, if you’re really ready to have lucid dreams and are interested in brainwave entrainment and MILD to help you get there, the Lucid Dreaming CD is most certainly worth checking out. It’s a great investment, and you won’t want to miss out on the power of this CD’s subliminal messages, calming ocean waves, and theta waves to change the way your brain works and to help you become lucid during your dreams.
